True dat.
When I started my web hosting company, mainly for my consulting clients and tube deals, I make sure that I had in my service agreements with techs (fast response times). All 1st level support tickets handled and responded to in less that 30 minute response maximum.
They've been handling it much faster than that. Literally within minutes.
