I'm looking for someone who can:
1) Make some quick modifications in the PSD. (Basic Photoshop experience needed)
2) Slice the PSD
3) Integrate it into WordPress
4) Install the widgets

So basicly, I'm looking for someone who can set up a complete site from a PSD file.
