Anyways, the solution you offered me was one I asked for before noon. Simple as that, you should have stepped in earlier as you can ask your customer service department how many times we called and were on your live help.

since you and I agreed to disagree on the phone just minutes ago, while you accused me and my staff of lying, I'll let this die as promised and hope you can provide better service going forward.
