I also have all 3 systems, but I'd also say go with an Xbox360 because nowadays, pretty much everyone has a 360 these days, so the kids could also bring their own games with them.

I wouldn't recommend getting a Wii because you may have a bunch of first time Wii users and/or young kids swinging the controller around in front of your flat panel tv, ha ha. I know when my kid's friends come over, they get pretty close sometimes and it scares me watching them, I have to keep saying "back up a little", ha ha.

The PS3 is a great system and it's pretty durable, but the fact that with a PS3 controller HAS to be plugged in to charge up, there's no way to get at/change the battery pack, so you can't just pop on a different battery pack or a couple of AA batteries like you can with the 360 which could make the PS3 more of a hassle. It's fine and you get used to it if you own one yourself, but for a situation like you have, I'd say it could be more of a pain. The PS3 discs are more resistant to scratching though and it does have the blu-ray player.
