I opened a deli/sandwich shop a few years back. While it was a fun business it was hell to operate. I managed to sell off to some other sucker.
I'm in the process of finding a location to open up a cupcake shoppe. A good friend of ours opened a location about 4 months ago and have sold almost 30k cupcakes in that time...at $3.25 a piece...open only from 5pm to 11pm. They can't run a second place but the demand is there so we are going to franchise so to speak.
