The arguments for warrantlesss seizures are ridiculous to begin with. There is no legitimate reason to not get a warrant first ever. The only argument you ever hear is "it takes to long to get a warrant", and that's just an excuse not to fix the original problem. Why not make it simpler to get warrants.
