Where Are The New Pearl Jams, Oasis, Counting Crows & U2s?
Please list ANY bands as good as the aforementioned that have come along in, say, the last ten years, with more than 2 albums worth of awesome music.
I think I missed something 'cause I can't think of any.
I mean, I'm waaaay too young to be this old, ya know? Just seems there hasn't been a band that's come along where
A. The lead singer can actually sing, and hold a tune, and be IN tune, and have a unique, distinctive instantly-recognizable 'style'
2. There are actual - gasp! - (melodic) guitar solos & riffs that stick in your mind and you can't shake for days
As I said, maybe I missed something (or maybe I AM old....)
