I actually paid for a subscription to Klixxx many years ago. As I remember, it was supposed to be a one year subscription. At the end of the year the magazine kept coming. It was mostly ads and I never read it. I didn't want it but I actually had to contact them several times and pester them to stop sending it to me. I guess later on the subscriptions became free.
No wonder they are out of business.
