So, you are posting these weed photos for everyone to see. From what I can see, this is quite a big blunt with a lot of marijuana rolled into it (possibly also hash and/or other drugs). There is little difference between drugs and medications. Sure, some weed is used as medicinal weed and as a pain killer for painful diseases. Sometimes morphine is given to people who break a bone to decrease their pain. I read books that say World War II pilots were given cocaine to improve their performance and speed. These substances have good effects such as euphoria and the killing of pain. However, they may also have bad effects such as short term memory loss and damage to the brain and lungs. Probably weed has more bad effects than good effects. I suggest not to smoke weed, especially if it is illegal in your area.
In the second photo, I see thin slender good looking legs with some magenta colored toenails. It will make a lot of people very jealous. You are fortunate to chill with your woman tonight. Good luck.
