Meaning, we all have a 4th amendment right:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
You tools are caught up in a shell game and need to wake up. One day in the future you might get flagged to pull over and cops will rip your vehicle apart for no reason and then say, well I thought you were illegal.

You people have some odd views.... what about the laws? It's illegal, to be here illegally. Let's not forget the most basic thing here - they're criminals.
If you just walk up to someone and ask for papers for no reason, that's unreasonable and it's in the bill that they can get sued and in trouble for doing that. However if you bust someone for doing something illegal, speeding, trespassing or get a warrant because you think they are illegal - that's legal.. and if they ask for an ID and they don't produce it - you now have reasonable cause.
They aren't giving cops more powers, they're giving them more duties and expecting them to be able to identify an illegal without knowing what to look for or what makes an illegal look illegal. Ie: They gota have damn good reason.
