I don't know any program in the business that converts 1:500 with tube traffic. I am lucky to make that with brand phrases and heavily targetted search engine traffic. Tubes normally convert 10 times worse. So that leads me to believe in only one conclusion.

To (briefly) answer your questions:
I got MRPW off the ground 'organically', one site at a time, by working 7 days a week. As I built I learned, and - perhaps by sheer luck - several of my sites 'took off'. So I've had to learn how to fly while in mid-air, as it were.
Having said that, I've 'modeled' myself & my business on others with great experience (10 years+) and have attempted to do what
they have done. This has gotten me very far in a (relatively) short period of time: under 2 yrs. However, these that I model myself after have some giant advantages over me, as in time, wisdom and a warchest of traffic, contacts, etc.
Lastly: not ALL my sites convert at a 1:500 tube traffic ratio. In fact, only ONE does so, which is why I believe it's one of the most amazing sites on the Internet (and why you should, if do nothing else, at least try
one single video of hers - stick it on a fucking
blog and you'll make sales):

(Yesterday she was on both RedTube and YouPorn and made a shitload of sales. And I was pissed it was such a slow day. LOL But I know when I have something special, and would never come on a public board and go on and on about how incredible FB is if I couldn't back it up.)
