Sounds good. Might be worth a try one day.
It is good. I don't bother with the rock salt underneath, but you need to be careful otherwise you easily end up burning the underside, and overcooking them. I normally only put them under for 3 or 4 minutes, and pre-cook the bacon (lazy method is to chop it all up fine and microwave for 30 seconds ).
