Cheaper one has more errors and looks like someone with a pirated copy of Photoshop 5 modified Son-day theme by adding that horrible header, as you can see by checking the source
The more expensive one has less errors and it's just wordpress default theme with a nice looking styling. You can get it cheaper with its author Sands
