You can either pay in full, or you can make payments on ALL Sites and Content.
I should also mention, delivery time will vary based on designer workload, and your final approval of design work. No work will be scheduled with designer until payment is made. If you buy all content packages, you can have ported to your server (instead of download). However, you will need dedicated hosting plan.
