Almost every one of the sites above was created by me personally. Do you seriously think that clients come back to me year after year because of T&A? The amount of male chauvinism by some people is truly amazing. I have a team of designers and programmers that have been with me for 5 years. I don't have an "outsourcing" staff or anything like that at all, as much as people like to throw that word around. I'm not sure at what point exclusively hiring a selective team of designers (most that used to work for other top design companies) to develop into a larger company instantly became outsourcing. I work personally on design jobs 15 hours a day, but what would it matter even if I didn't? I'm the owner of a business and I put in the manpower to create it. In all reality, I can do whatever I want with my company because it's exactly that - MY company. If you choose not to do business with me, than that's completely fine.

The point of a business is to have a great team, bring in great clients and make money in the process. I'm thankful to be doing all of that.
