I manage the network here - sometimes rare business errors do happen and you have to delay a payment, I recently discovered a few accounts that we blocked for fraud and a couple other causes (we do periodic reviews to ensure quality of our service to members and our partners). I found 8 affiliates unpaid, this was not very settling, i've contacted them all and made arrangements. While admitting fault, no company is perfect and these things do happen - I always maintained communication, despite the partners frustration in the situation. If your not getting that, at minimum, something is going on.
