Adam, I've tried a lot of NO products. Some work well -- FOR ME -- and some don't. Some work great for a short time then the benefits seem to wane. The thing I use to determine if a product is "good" for me or not: how much weight I can push in the gym on a given product.

For example, if I go in without taking an NO product I can do incline benches with 65# dumbbells. If I take NOExplode I can easily push 70's for the same sets/reps. When I first tried Jack3d I could easily push 75's! But then my results on Jack3d began to wane.

SuperPump250 did NOTHING -- for me.

I seem to get consistent results using NO Explode and NO Shotgun (has creatine and 20g protein per serving). And in my experience, it's silly to say these products have no benefit...if you're pushing more weight, you're getting stronger. Getting stronger = growing. A good thing.

Experiment...and avoid the ultra-expensive shit. I won't try Force Factor. I already have stuff in my arsenal that works. Also, I add creatine to my NO shot every pre-workout (provided there's no creatine in my NO product of choice that day). You can buy 500g of creatine for under $15 -- that's 100 servings! No need for the "designer" shit
