this has been brought up many a time on gfy but has never really gathered much steam.
My idea would be something along the lines of a forum like gfy but make a membership price , ( this cuts down on trolls , non-industry looky loo's and such )
Then make all decisions by voting , every member gets 1 vote, anything can be voted on as long as 10 other members second the motion.
People who don't abide by voted decisions are kicked out.
