I do the same for everything.
My assistant need to submit their time sheet the week prior with hours, and tasks per day (log). The handy man working on my house the past two years needs to submit them before payment (learned that lesson the hard way big time!), konrad, Prezzz, borked, Spannow all have submitted invoices the same way.
All paid once received. Never had an issue.
