I guess the guys with 20,000+ posts just seen their value go up. Otoh I doubt most sig whores will be "chatting away" (Puuuhleeease Billy) to raise their counts the proper way so maybe they will take their 20,000 posts, sell, and move on down the line.
But all that is acedemic as most (not all) guys with 20,000 posts cant even get $100/month from the looks of it lately.
So it's prob not a good "biz plan" anyhow.
