People do not get banned arbitrary it takes a lot of repetition of behavior, and the rules apply. Something, like you have been doing the past 48 hours, would be a good example.
You just keep trying and trying and trying and before you know it there are 50 threads/posts with a pattern of behavior and malicious intent. People are not just banned because you call someone an asshole, or you do not like someone. You either have to go overboard, or you have to repeatedly keep going after them.
It will typically start with trolling, then attacking someone's threads, then someone's business, then someone personally, and before you know it. You have EARNED it of days/weeks. It's kin of hard for someone to play innocent when there are 50 threads/posts over a few day/week period reinforcing a pattern of behavior. Unless they go for the gusto out of the gate.
No one forces you, or others, to break the rules. That is a CHOICE that you make.
