It's 4:30 AM so I am going to the cliff notes version as the rest of the rambling is a pointless enterprise.

Details.

1. Bought content.
2. Asked for a signed license from him. Was told would get it.
3. Was repeatedly lied to told in the mail, will send, sent out, etc.
4. He did not send it out to me, and two other people, until I did the charge back.

Since it was apparently the ONLY recourse to get it after 90 days of excuses.

Would you like me to post up your chat log and count the number of times you had told me "it's in the mail", "it's going out Monday", "I just sent it" and so on over the course of 6-8 weeks? I am sure that would blow a hole in your drama attempt here showing just how many times you fucking lied before you mailed me my license that I had asked for you up to the 90 day mark.

That said, anyone who has read Simon's posts over the years on this board or talked to him on ICQ know how one day he's a cool guy, and the next day is going ape shit nuts. Well, because of these insane mood swings, I wanted to make sure I had everything from him.

Unfortunately, he required forcing his hand to do it.

There was another guy, who does not post on GFY much anymore that also have bought this same deal, ya know, limited offer. Anyway, he bought it for much more than I had paid, and probably a good 45+ days before me. He did not get his license until I did. Actually within two days.

Now you can call it what you like. But based on the lies told over the course of months, it appeared to be the ONLY way to force his hand and get it. Which I did.

That said, many respected people from this board and industry are paid via PP and never had an issue. Nor have I ever had to do a CB on someone before then. Kinda sad, but that's the nut and bolts of the matter.
