in all honesty, the best info i could tell you is i think the n0 sups are over-rated. heck, even the guys at gaspari and controlled labs both say they have other products with better and more ingredients BUT they say the n0 product is popular.
they both suggest their intra-workout product, either sizeon or intrain. while i do notice a spike in *energy* or wtf ever it is, focus, etc. when i take my n0 i think with nutrition and MAYBE a caffeine tablet, i would get the same charge as i get from my n0. now i do think i get sustained energy from drinking the intrain and i also notice i get a crazy good pump when taking the glycergrow. in fact, i can't take the glycergrow on cardio days due to the muscle burn.
but the posters in here who suggest hard work in the gym and SUPER clean eating are the most correct. these are the crucial components and supplements add, what, 5% to results, maybe.
