My own experience has been that other than Protein and creatine...none of them work. Pills are of course processed by your liver and any ingredient that they MAY have had is changed.
Everybody has a different physiology of course. But if you are getting good results, I'd say it probably has a lot more to do with your workout and your diet than any over the counter pill. And if you were supplementing with real stuff you would be seeing an even greater result...in fact a MUCH greater result.
