We use CCBill for our main sites and have been the last 10 years however we have a smaller site too and CCBill do not offer dynamic pricing for shopping carts that offers instant downloads + tangible dvds so CCBill cannot be used in that case.The key is the dynamic pricing options and their billing software is simply to narrow to take on dynamic pricing such as letting the customer buy multiple clips of differnet prices and charge 1 total amount on the checkout. We already contacted them some time back and its a no go.

We got accepted with both Visa and Mastercard again thru 2 different billers (we got dropped by gtbill due to MC had us tagged as violent from what gtbill wrote to us) but strangely enough the same MC accepted us after spidering our site so we now have a backup and a main processor on the shopping cart.

Already got 2 payouts from our new processors and all running smoothly with them
