Sorry, I don't recognize you. You must be a newer user than I am -- it looks that way according to our user details. Are you an administrator or moderator here? I've been away awhile, so I'm not up-to-date on all the day-to-day goings-on here.
Is resurrection of threads not allowed? Is it a banning offense? What's the duration a thread has to lie dormant before it's no longer allowed to be replied to?
