This was after he provided his drivers license & SS card. This is a Natural born American citizen. Dude didn't do anything wrong. He just happened to be a trucker passing through a weigh station. I'm guessing that only showing your drivers license works as long as you aren't brown. I am aware the law isn't in effect yet but I doubt it would have made this situation any better.
