Yeah, I'm aware of that. A friend of the family's family owned a chemical plant that supplied the regional Wal-Marts with a lot of their soap(what they use in the break rooms, etc) and they were forced to pretty much break even.. ended up going out of business.
To answer your question: Maybe, but I doubt it. That'd take every hospital standing together.
