They are never going to legalize all drugs. Perhaps pot, but I can't imagaine cocaine, meth, heroin and other drugs being legal. Then you would have a bunch of high people driving around. It is bad enough drunks get behind the wheel. If people want to come to the US they can do it legally. The US has always been open to new citizens.
