This acts as a payment gateway. You put a widget on your site and get payed for completed surveys. You can choose which surveys you have displayed, How long you want the user to have access for. You can intergrate it into your site so that it does not look like a third party or you can simply have a popup which locks up your content until they have completed a survey

These are some stats taken from the chat room on the site

xxx has as earned $52.23 so far today with 12 leads and 141 clicks.
