There is zero difference between you or people reporting to CEOs hiring illegal’s. SEO don’t hire illegal’s !!! They want to see the cost going down, and its up to field people to hire illegals or some cracker that wants health insurance and 18 bucks an hour.
This is not any different from you making a choice of hiring web design company with $1,800 price tag versus some filipino boy with pirated Photoshop that will do same job for 300.
