3.4 billion what a joke. And how much will BP actually end up paying after all of their lawyers whittle down the lawsuits? Compared to the disaster certainly chump change.`yes obama saying BP will pay for all of it....right.

still dont understand how they couldnt have a back up solution if the cement plug failed anyway (if they had a plug in place to begin with). like a TEAM of bathyspheres or bathyscaphes equipped to seal a massive leak. incredible.
