You upload content and they give you an adspace under the video player. All sales get tracked and you know exactly how many clicks your videos are generating.

Yes, it's old school caveman like marketing. Problem is that the sites that allow you to add links under videos are dwarfed in comparison by the number that don't. While you might be able to track your sales with them, there isn't a whole lot that allow you to do it. With software that automates the uploading process to 100 tube sites which takes 5 minutes of my time to do, and obvious growth in traffic, it's kind of hard to pass up even if I can't track which videos / tube sites if any are converting to sales.
I think you may have misread my "it's all about the watermark traffic" as enthusiasm for it. I was just trying to let Rocky know that's the point of uploading watermarked videos to tube sites, it's really just another chore, but I can see that it's doing something so I keep at it.
