Breakfast is a lot easier for me, some chocolate almond milk and a scoop of chocolate royale Slim Fast in the Magic Bullet, yummy and filling. I have the ingredients for a lot more involved breakfast (fresh spinach, egg whites, etc) but liquid chocolate seems so much more exciting.

I do cereal at night when I have midnight munchies. Chocolate Cheerios rock my socks!


In a previous life, I was a stay at home mom for 7 years and would cook a bunch of entrees on Sunday, (like casseroles) then have it ready to pop in the oven during the week. I need to get back into that pre-planning mode.
