While I was making a couple thousand a week 5 years ago from clickcash referrals, I didn't stick with it long and even then it was just a fraction of the money I make from them. Since I stopped actively helping affiliates about 4 years ago its dwindled down to maybe 1% if that of the my total income from clickcash. Almost all of the sales/revenue i make is from my own traffic.

I made a few thousand a week too back in 1999, 2000, 2001....I had my check cut, overnighted and cashed.
Then for no reason they dropped me around 2002-03.
I moved my cam traffic over to 20% commissions to various cam sponsors during 2003. I dabbled with PPS but figured they shaved(
http://mansionproductions.com/ shaving module they made back in the day for program owners). It took about a year for me to get back to what I was making with ClickCash.
Anyway, ClickCash has a bad reputation for dropping affiliates.
The lesson learned is to diversify your cam sponsors and not but all your eggs in one basket.
The only negative part about spreading out your traffic is that you don't build any rep/loyalty/stand up guy/etc points. The positive part is that you make a lot of money pushing a lot of programs without being burned by one program.
