Your response: because they might burn you and cut you off. I will add another one, because a company can go out of business. BUT when you are getting paid WEEKLY for PPS (NOT REVSHARE) what risk are you really taking.... 1 freaking check. No matter what could happen to you the most you would lose would be 1 check. If something happened as you mentioned and you don't get paid you switch your links to someone else and you lose 1 check ( 1 week ). period.

The real lesson is to make the most money you can from your traffic whom ever that may be, in this case for me it is Clickcash. The negative to your logic is that your are spreading out your traffic because you "don't want to get burned" but instead you are burning yourself a little every week. Obviously if you spread your traffic around some companies you will do good with, some ok, some not so good. They all wont make the same. So you burn yourself by splitting your traffic up and sending it to companies that don't do as good as your best company because you are worried about getting burned for one check. Figure out how much you are losing each week by spreading your traffic out to companies that don't convert as well as your best program and multiple that x the # of weeks/years you been doing this. You probably just burned yourself, on purpose for several checks because you were worried about losing one. That's not logical, makes no sense.

I've operated my business by what I am saying here for 10 years. During that time I tested out several other cam companies and if they were paying pps and would have been the best I would have switched all of my traffic to them. If clickcash would have "burned" me I simply would have moved my traffic to the next best company and I would still have been ahead hundreds of thousands of dollars by having NOT having spread out my traffic to several other less performing companies over the previous years.

When you do revshare with a company you taking a huge risk because you have several months of future earnings you could lose. When a company pays weekly for pps your risk is very small. It's all about the circumstances, no phrase like "eggs in one basket" is true 100% of the time, just like "there is no such thing as bad advertising" is true all of the time.

The problem with clickcash back in the day, when you referred to having had problems with them was because they only offered one program, pay per free sign up. If your traffic didn't do well for them and they lost a lot of money on you there was no way they would continue that relationship (no one would) but the problem was there was no revshare program to switch you to. Now they offer revshare, PPS (with purchase) and PPFS (pay per free signup with valid credit card). I would imagine if you were in pps or ppfs program and your traffic wasn't doing well for them they could just move you to revshare, like so many other companies do that offer both pps and revshare. They just didn't have the ability to do that in the past.

Point noted.

From my vantage point these days, it is better to have a diverse portfolio then to bet it all on one.

I look at consistency rather than "how much money" I can make in a given time. I figure the younger CATS in the game can take that risk and report back for the older guys.
