Interesting about Blizzard... I used to be in the gaming industry and got a chance to talk to Rob Pardo at a few event parties and whatnot. He says the trick to producing such a high quality product like they do is not rounds of polish at the end. Instead they polish everything as they go then at the end when they go to put the final round of polish on it's above and beyond what everyone else is going...
It's why they'll leave a game in beta for 2 years :P
