Honestly Its just at their discretion. I got them to drop a dominos charge that was on there. I try not to use it as a cc too often, but then you end up paying 3.00 atm fee, plus epass from what I can see is ALSO charging 3.00 So if you take out 20.00 you can pay 26.00 between the atm fee, and epasses new atm fee. Took out 80.00 this morning, and looked and the initial charge is 82.00 (2.00 fee at that atm) then "amount in USD" (which is funny since it was already in USD lol) is 85.00. So getting double dinged on the atm fees, then they hold these pre auth charge. Just gets to be aggravating. If they are going to be a Credit / Debit card provider they should behave in the same way as the rest do. Even paypal's debit card releases these charges right away...
