Now protecting your intellectual property is considered "heavy-handed"? BTW, in case you haven't noticed there are a growing number of sponsor program asserting the rights to domain names containing their branded intellectual propety, and rightfully so. That being said I have not stated that it is my intent to do the same with
www.naughtyjulieblog.com so I'm not really sure exactly what it is that you consider to be "heavy-handed" here?
