I don't think anyone is born gay, or hetero. Or doctor, or murderer or Knicks fan. It's all a question of choices. So what if someone choose to be gay? what's the problem with that?
For the record, I don't think anyone is born a Christian (it's not even the biggest religion in the world) and it frankly bothers me that they intend to make everybody follow their fucked up beliefs.
