If a woman says, "slit my wrists; cut off my arms" - does that mean she wants someone to commit homicide on her? I guess it could mean she is suicidal. Anyway, I say contemplate some thoughts, but do not commit suicide. So, nobody commit suicide and suicide is a sin (in Christian religion). Good luck.
