I just think an interesting documentary might be something like this:
So, a young beautiful woman struggles between the urge to survive and the urge to self-destruct. Let's say she has sex every day and then she thinks about whether it's right or wrong to kill unborn children by getting abortions. Maybe she cuts herself; maybe she carves out a bloody tattoo on her flesh with a knife. Perhaps the young woman thinks about the devil, creatures from hell, vampires and imps. There should be a happy ending with at least 3 porno scenes of at least 5 minutes each with at least 1 other woman (naked or non nude). At least one young man jerks off on her porno movies and hopes for her to survive, but he dare not approach her in person.
