Retention on members is great, they have a bit more of a community feel that most other video chat sites. They have high standards for studios (technical, lighting, etc. not if she's hot or not) and you'd be hard pressed to find a bad performer there. Their per-minute rate is higher than some sites but you get what you pay for.
They also offer up to 35% lifetime revshare which beats most other sites. So when you add up high retention, high per-minute rates x 35% it works pretty well for the affiliate.
