I faxed em the invoice and copy of my insurance care front n back like they wanted and on Mon sending them a hard copy via mail
As far as them getting all that money they wont cause the hospitals and insurance companies have predetermined "rates" and all that BS...
I dont forsee issue but it was funny almost 6 months later they send a bill lolol
