Maybe we should have laws like Mexico for illegal aliens. I believe if you just walk across the border into Mexico the 1st time they just send you back home but if you do it again it is 10 years in a Mexican jail. Sounds fair to me - you screw up once - no problem - back home you go. Do it again and we will take 10 years of your life.
