If I were you, I would start with their corei7 extreme system and modify as you see fit.
The core i7 is a great start, but I'm having a hell of a time figuring out how to get my 3 monitors to work - and they don't give convenient links to their motherboards to figure out if I need to double up my vid cards, if it's an option, etc.

Copy pasting + google = hours of research SUCKS.
