One would be able to be sued for in court, and one would never even make it as far as the lowest ranking court clerks desk. One is slander / libel one is opinion and commentary protected by the 1st amendment.
Obviously isn't I that can't handle it. Id LOVE to have the people that accused me of that sitting in a witness chair under oath and see if they are so flip to accuse me of abuse when there are legal ramifications. That would be a fine day indeed.
