Wow... ADD much? They only had him and the bird together in every scene he had in the start of the movie. Remember that part were he is chilling with his bird and letting it sip from his drink. Or that white thing hopping around the room or work desk while he was building his contraptions. You know, that thing with feathers, the cockatoo... the BIRD. Yeah... that thing.
When they finally gave him a "bird" that shit you just watched 30 minutes ago didn't register at all?
