In all fairness, yes. If no proof, then no statement. But to my knowledge, she made her post before the new rules were put into effect. And it was still ICE who was calling the shots around here. When Eric took over, naturally the board changed a bit. Nothing wrong with that, that's how the Internet and it's forums live and die.
