You could kind of imagine this working, but the sponsor would have to be so full of shit it's unreal.
They would have to have given up any sort of real attempt at measuring aything but affiliate hits and sales overall for the program, possible I guess with some smaller operators - the adult industry is full of shit in general so possible.
